SatSounding Layer

The SatSounding Layer displays point data derived from satellite data ("Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer" (IASI). Comparable to the radiosonde ascents you can compare and analyse its data using the sounding application.

News

  1. First NinJo 10 version is scheduled for March 2025.
  2. NinJo 9.1 has been released in June 2024, about four months after release of NinJo 9.0.
  3. NinJo infrastructure is being used in the European Forecasting and Collaboration System (EuFoCS) for collaborative chart editing.
  4. NinJo runs on Cloud infrastructure to be used from German Universities and for Training purposes.
  5. NinJo has received the EMS Technology Award for significant technology achievements and innovations in the field of meteorology and earth observation in 2018.
